The Pocono Mountain East Cardinals will head out on the road to challenge the Palmerton Blue Bombers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Even though East Stroudsburg North scored an imposing 67 points on Monday, Pocono Mountain East still came out on top. Pocono Mountain East took their match against East Stroudsburg North 75-67. The win was just what Pocono Mountain East needed coming off of a 74-52 defeat in their prior matchup.
Meanwhile, Palmerton beat Salisbury Township 63-52 on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Palmerton.
Pocono Mountain East's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Palmerton, their victory bumped their record up to 12-8.
Pocono Mountain East came up short against Palmerton in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, falling 58-49. Can Pocono Mountain East avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
