The Central Bearcats have enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they must head out on the road. They will take on the Portage Central Mustangs on Tuesday.
The Bearcats were able to grind out a solid win over Norrix on Tuesday, winning 55-45.
Meanwhile, it was close but no cigar for Portage Central as they fell 69-66 to Portage Northern on Friday. The Mustangs are ranked in the MaxPreps rankings (spots ahead of Portage Northern), so the defeat was all the more frustrating.
Central's victory lifted them to 8-8 while Portage Central's loss dropped them down to 14-2. We'll see if Central can repeat their recent success or if Portage Central bounces back and reverse their fortune.
