Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bosque). They put the hurt on Varsity Opponent with a sharp 16-3 victory on Saturday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bobcats as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.
Drew Hebert was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Hebert was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Those two runs gave him a new career-high.
