Vicksburg suffered a grim 27-58 defeat to Germantown last Friday. Vicksburg got a solid performance out of sophomore Levi Wyatt, who passed for 332 yards and 4 touchdowns; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the victory.
Meanwhile, after a dominant win in their matchup two weeks ago, Neshoba Central were humbled. They and Holmes County Central were almost perfectly matched up, but they suffered an agonizing 13-14 loss. Neshoba Central's defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.
