The Summit Storm will be playing at home against the Canby Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Oregon (Summit is ranked 19th, while Canby is ranked 28th).
Last Friday, Summit didn't have too much trouble with Caldera at home as they won 21-7.
Summit can attribute much of their success to Sam Stephens, who gained 153 total yards.
Meanwhile, after a string of six wins, Canby's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a serious blow against Wilsonville, falling 49-22.
Summit is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season. As for Canby, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.
