It was a good run, but the Rivera Raiders unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a serious blow against Harlingen, falling 77-43. While losing is never fun, Rivera can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 602nd, while Harlingen is ranked 158th).
Rivera's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Isaiah Cuellar, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and four steals, and Juan Juarez who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
