The Skyview Storm will challenge the Jackson Timberwolves at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Skyview is coming into the match hot, having won their last 18 games.
Skyview is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Graham-Kapowsin an 11-0 shutout. The Storm might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 19 contests by eight runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Addy Harmier, who fired off two home runs, three runs, and four RBI while going 2-for-2. She is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in each of the last four games she's played. Addysen Case was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Meanwhile, it was close, but on Friday Jackson sidestepped North Creek for a 5-4 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Timberwolves.
Allie Thomsen (2025-UW) was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off ten hits (and not a single walk). Thomsen (2025-UW) was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one run and one double.
In other batting news, Aliana Langsea (2028) was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run. She also put up a run, which was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Kiana Holden (2025), who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI.
Skyview's victory was their 24th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Jackson, they now have a winning record of 13-12.
Skyview came out on top in a nail-biter against Jackson in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, sneaking past 1-0. Will the Storm repeat their success, or do the Timberwolves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
