The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 58 yards. Another back making a difference was  Jakobe Caslin, who rushed for 61 yards and two  scores on only five carries.
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: Carver was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 258  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 172  rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.
 Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Kendrick's offense. They had to suffer through  a    32-0 loss at the hands of Shaw. The Cherokees have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Kendrick now  has a losing record of 4-5. As for Carver, their victory bumped their record up to 9-0.
