The Copenhagen Golden Knights scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Edwards-Knox 62-30 on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Copenhagen has managed all season.
Copenhagen had a senior duo take command as Samuel Carroll scored 14 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks and Caden Miller scored 18 points. The match was Miller's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aydan Sheitz, who scored eight points along with six rebounds and five steals.
Copenhagen's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Edwards-Knox, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season.
Copenhagen will head out on the road to face off against Beaver River at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Edwards-Knox will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Madrid-Waddington at 1:00 p.m. on January 6, 2024.
