The St. Stanislaus Rock-a-Chaws suffered their closest defeat since November 21, 2023 on Wednesday. They fell just short of St. Patrick by a score of 66-63. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Stanislaus will square off against Tylertown at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Tylertown has three straight wins, St. Stanislaus has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field. As for St. Patrick, they will head out on the road to square off against West Marion at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. West Marion will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Mississippi Rankings (they are ranked 273rd, while St. Patrick is ranked 97th).
