Watervliet added to the longest winning streak in Southwestern - South this week by beating Decatur, 17-14. The victory was the eighth in a row for the Panthers.
Marcellus lost to Hartford 37-14 last week, the largest margin of any game. Hunter Rogers threw for 61 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 15 yards in the defeat.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Watervliet takes on second place Lawton. Watervliet beat the Raiders last week, while Lawton topped White Pigeon.
The Indians made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,976 from 8,144. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 37-14 victory over Marcellus last week.
