It was a good run, but Glenmora unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 78-66 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Plainview Hornets. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 98th, while the Hornets are ranked 31st).

Glenmora's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Plainview, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-3.

Glenmora will venture away from home to challenge Anacoco at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Plainview, they will square off against Georgetown at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
