Riverdale is 8-2 against Rockvale since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Warriors will head out on the road to face off against Rockvale at 7:00 p.m. Rockvale took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Riverdale, who comes in off a win.
Riverdale took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They won by a run and slipped past Siegel 4-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Warriors have posted against the Stars since April 7, 2022.

Lauren Brewer spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three runs (all of which were unearned) on three hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Bella Waldrop was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. That triple was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Cali Leverrette, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Rockvale fell victim to Stewarts Creek and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red Hawks. Rockvale has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Riverdale pushed their record up to 9-11 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Rockvale, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.
Rockvale's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Riverdale hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .381. It's a different story for Rockvale, though, as they've only averaged .259. Will they be able to contain Riverdale's hitters?
Riverdale skirted past Rockvale 2-0 in their previous matchup back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
