The Oakdale put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past North Hagerstown 57-12 at home. The result was nothing new for Oakdale, who have now won four matches by 20 points or more so far this season.
Despite the loss, North Hagerstown saw an underclassman step up: James Jackson rushed for 116 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries. Jackson was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 63 yards.
Oakdale's win was their sixth straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 10-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 43.7 points per game. As for North Hagerstown, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
Oakdale will take on Sherwood at TBD on Friday. North Hagerstown does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
