Serra's Willie Martinez recorded the longest rushing play in City this season in his game against Mar Vista last week. Martinez ran for 65 yards on the play and finished with 182 on the day as his team defeated the Mariners.
Thomas Spears-So and Damonte Holiday provided fans with a highlight when they connected against University City. The longest such play in the league this season, the connection resulted in 55 yards.
Hoover's dynamic duo of Spears-So and Holiday proved tough for the Centurions to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Spears-So threw for 158 yards and 2 touchdowns and Holiday had 67 yards receiving. Jarijah Harrison helped Hoover's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 25 yards.
The Cardinals' dynamic duo of Spears-So and Holiday proved to be unstoppable against University City, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Spears-So put up the best numbers in passing as Hoover bested Charles James' team.

Holiday was the best wideout in the league this week as Jerry Ralph's team bested the Centurions.
Martinez was the most successful running back in City this week. Teammate Dominick Littleton added to the ground attack by rushing for 40 yards.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Patrick Henry's Morgan Hatch and Jabril Clewis have proven to be a lethal combination. 5-10 quarterback Hatch has thrown for 308 yards this season, while Clewis has 8 catches for 96 yards. Brian Basteyns' team's Martinez leads the league in rushing yards with 321.
The Cardinals were the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fifth to second in the league. Earlier in the week, Hoover triumphed over University City 30-7.
