Winslow saw some tournament action  on Friday. They walked away with  a   2-0  victory over the Tonopah Valley Phoenix. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Bulldogs.
 Ayla Curley paced Winslow's offense, picking up eight kills. Curley got some help from  Keira Barton and her ten assists.  Kaitlyn Belone controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Winslow's win bumped their record up to 9-6-1. As for Tonopah Valley,  they are  on  an  eight-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
 Coming up, Winslow will challenge Holbrook at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Tonopah Valley, they will get a bit of extra time to process the  defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Odyssey Institute at 6:00  p.m.  on  the 25th.
