The Eagleville Eagles won the last time they faced the Mt. Pleasant Tigers, and things went their way on Monday too. Eagleville strolled past Mt. Pleasant with points to spare, taking the game 58-44.
When it comes to explaining why Mt. Pleasant lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ryan Benderman. Despite the final result, he scored 18 points along with 8 rebounds. The match was Benderman's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Jakyri McClure was another key contributor, scoring 7 points along with 7 rebounds.
Eagleville now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Mt. Pleasant, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.
