Kashmere posted their biggest win since December 2, 2023 on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat North Forest 78-38 on the road.
Meanwhile, Washington was fully in charge on Saturday, breezing past Scarborough 78-49 on the road. With Washington ahead 46-21 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Washington's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kadyn Barnes led the charge by dropping a double-double on 13 points and 21 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Barnes has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jalen Webb, who scored 15 points along with six steals.
Kashmere's win ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-9. As for Washington, their win bumped their record up to 15-4.
