Honesdale's Kyle Carney rumbled for the longest rushing play in Lackawanna 2 this season in his game against East Stroudsburg North last week. Carney's team lost to the Timberwolves as he sprinted for 57 yards on the play and finished with 159 in all.
Fans got a thrill when Chet Anuszewski and Carney connected against GAR Memorial. The connection was good for 57 yards, the longest such play in the league this season.
Lakeland's dynamic duo of Anuszewski and Gavin O'Donnell proved to be unstoppable against the Grenadiers, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Anuszewski threw for 241 yards and 2 touchdowns and O'Donnell had 130 yards receiving. Chris Roche helped Lakeland's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 76 yards.
The Chiefs' dynamic duo of Anuszewski and O'Donnell proved tough for GAR Memorial to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
O'Donnell was the best receiver in the league this week as Lakeland bested Paul Wiedlich's team.

Daiqwon Buckley was the most successful running back in Lackawanna 2 this week. He ran for 186 yards on 23 carries as Dunmore topped GAR Memorial. Joe Maceyko also contributed to the rushing game with 48 yards on the ground.
