Springfield was the  2-0 winner over Sacred Heart-Griffin when they last played one another  back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Senators fell  2-0 to the Cyclones on Saturday.

Springfield's loss dropped their record down to 21-8. As for Sacred Heart-Griffin, the  victory was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-11.
 Looking ahead, Springfield will square off against MacArthur at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Sacred Heart-Griffin, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  2-1  defeat against Quincy on the 13th.
