Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Archmere Academy Auks, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. Their rough 35-13 loss to the Buccaneers on Saturday might stick with them for a while. Archmere Academy's loss signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.
Several Auks players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Miles Kempski, who threw for 150 yards and two touchdowns.
Archmere Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Caravel, they have yet to lose a matchup at home this season, leaving them with a 13-0 record.
Archmere Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Caravel also has no future games currently scheduled.
