Wilcox has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will take on the Mountain View Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Wilcox's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last five games.
Wilcox pushed their score all the way to 55 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 62-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of Palo Alto. Wilcox has not had much luck with Palo Alto recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Meanwhile, Mountain View earned a 55-48 win over Los Gatos on Tuesday. The win was all the more spectacular given Mountain View's disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 351st, while Los Gatos is ranked 83rd).
Mountain View's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jaden Feller, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten blocks. Feller hasn't dropped below two blocks for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Jayden Minor, who scored 17 points along with seven assists and six rebounds.

Wilcox came up short against Mountain View when the teams last played on January 5th, falling 73-62. Now that Wilcox knows the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
