Port Clinton is 0-5 against Norwalk since December of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Port Clinton Redskins will head out on the road to face off against the Norwalk Truckers at 7:00 p.m. Port Clinton will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 300th, while Norwalk is ranked 142nd).
Last Saturday, Port Clinton was the victim of a tough 48-26 defeat at the hands of Margaretta.
Meanwhile, Norwalk put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They secured a 56-50 W over Clyde.
Port Clinton's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Norwalk, their win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0.
Port Clinton came up short against Norwalk in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, falling 53-47. Can Port Clinton avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
