Even if it wasn't a dominant performance, the Glenbrook South Titans beat the Vernon Hills Cougars 20-14 on Wednesday. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Titans.
 Glenbrook South found their leader in freshman  Cooper Godbout, who picked up 174 receiving yards and a pair of  touchdowns. Godbout was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 54 yards.  Zoie Kohn was another key player, throwing for 112 yards and two  TDs.
 Although Vernon Hills took the loss, they still got scores from  Emma Jocson and  Katelyn Griffith.
Glenbrook South's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Vernon Hills, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
