In what's become a running theme this season, the Randolph Cardinals gave their fans yet another huge win on Monday. They really took it to Falconer for the full four quarters, racking up a 51-18 victory at home. The victory was familiar territory for Randolph who now have three in a row.
Randolph found their leader in underclassman Skylar Herington, who scored 26 points along with six rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Herington has scored at least a third of Randolph's points. Zoey Dickerson was another key contributor, scoring six points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Randolph is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Falconer, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
Randolph will head out on the road to take on Gowanda at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Randolph focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 on Monday. Falconer does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
