Soccer is commonly viewed as a sport that is only exciting in short bursts as scoring opportunities are difficult to come by.
Possessing the ball while connecting passes for the length of the field rarely happen without disruption.
It usually takes a misstep by the defense or just great execution on the part of the offense, and even then anything more than two goals per match among evenly matched squads is considered high scoring.
Some teams, however, have been finding the back of the net early and often thus far.
