Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Fayetteville-Manlius). Everything went their way against the East Syracuse-Minoa Spartans on Saturday as they made off with  a  10-4 victory. The  win continues a trend for the Hornets in their matchups with the Spartans: they've now won four in a row.
 Liam Dunn tossed a big game,   striking out nine batters over  six innings while giving up just two earned  (and one unearned) runs off   six  hits.
 At the plate, Fayetteville-Manlius let  James (Boomer) Kuss and  Brian Tonkovich run wild. Kuss  went 2-for-4 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  triple, while  Tonkovich  got on base  in three of his five plate appearances with three  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI. Tonkovich is becoming a predictor of Fayetteville-Manlius' success: when he posts  at  least two  runs the team is 3-1 (and 1-6 when he doesn't).  Jeremy Albert was another key player,  going 3-for-4 with three  runs.
 Fayetteville-Manlius  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. That's the most  hits they've managed all season.
