Hillsboro's victory bumped their record up to 9-16. As for Gillespie, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-18.
Hillsboro will head out on the road to face off against the Purple Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Litchfield and the Hiltoppers are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. As for Gillespie, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Shells at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Roxana presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Miners in Illinois (the Shells are ranked 235th, while the Miners are ranked 655th).
