Meanwhile, Saint Viator posted their closest win since September 6th on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Marian Catholic, sneaking past 2-1.
Saint Viator had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-11, 25-20.
Timothy Christian better keep an eye on Rose Berlen. She was instrumental in Saint Viator's win, getting 11 assists and four digs.
Saint Viator was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in five consecutive contests.
Saint Viator's victory bumped their record up to 21-7. As for Timothy Christian, their win bumped their record up to 24-2.
