The Ridgeview College Prep Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 70-32 loss at the hands of El Dorado. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Ridgeview College Prep has suffered yet this season.
El Dorado got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Chris Zaragoza out in front who scored 21 points along with eight steals and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Zaragoza has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Christian Young, who scored 18 points along with seven steals.
Ridgeview College Prep has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-6 record this season. As for El Dorado, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-3.
Ridgeview College Prep will be playing at home against Sequoia Charter at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for El Dorado, they will head out on the road to take on Canyon State Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Canyon State Academy will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
