The Atkins Camels's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a serious blow against West Forsyth, falling  86-50.
 Atkins' lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   Laithan  Atkins, who  scored 10 points.  Zachary  Sodt was another key contributor,  scoring 9 points.
 Atkins' defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for West Forsyth,  the  victory  makes it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 2-0.
 Atkins will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against North Forsyth at 7:30  p.m. As for West Forsyth, they will head out on the road to face off against Western Guilford at 7:45  p.m.  on Tuesday. Western Guilford comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
