The Morgan Huskies scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They really took it to Cromwell for the full four quarters, racking up a 78-29 win at home. Morgan has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 20 points or more this season.
Morgan was led to victory by Ava Johnson and Sadie Passante. Johnson scored 16 points along with five rebounds and three steals, while Passante scored 21 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Passante has scored all season. Liliana Luciani was another key contributor, scoring six points along with eight rebounds and five steals.
Morgan has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. As for Cromwell, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.
Morgan will play host again and welcome the Cougars, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Haddam-Killingworth is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. As for Cromwell, they will take on the Terriers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Rocky Hill is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.
