Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Morgantown). Everything went their way against the University Hawks on Wednesday as they made off with a 19-4 win. The Mohigans haven't had any issues with the Hawks recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Morgantown let Weston Mazey and Jackson Bredeson run wild. Mazey scored five runs and stole a base while going 4-for-4, while Bredeson went 3-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those four hits gave Mazey a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Lincoln Thornton, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI.

Morgantown always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .682. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Morgantown's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for University, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Morgantown will take on Varsity Opponent at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. As for University, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Spring Valley at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
