Calvary Christian Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 125-20 win over Chestertown Christian Academy on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Calvary Christian Academy has managed all season.
Calvary Christian Academy was led to victory by Sadie Fournier and Audrey Hensley (HS). Fournier scored 13 points along with four steals, while Hensley (HS) scored 16 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hensley (HS) has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kate Malinky (HS), who scored eight points along with three steals.
Calvary Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Chestertown Christian Academy, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-2.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Holly Grove Christian the next time they take the court. Calvary Christian Academy will host Holly Grove Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Chestertown Christian Academy will host them at 4:00 p.m. on January 23rd.
