Windsor is 0-3 against Rocky Mountain since March of 2022 but things could change on Tuesday. The Wizards will host the Lobos at 4:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Windsor comes in on four and Rocky Mountain on five.
Windsor proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by 12) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Mead, sneaking past 8-7. The game snapped a strange streak: the last four times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

Marcus Hull tossed a big game, striking out eight batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits (and not a single walk). That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March of 2025.
On the hitting side, Windsor's victory was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Nico Vela, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. James Beets was another, earning three RBI.
Meanwhile, Rocky Mountain faced Legacy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Lobos narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Lightning Bolt 13-12. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Lobos considering their two-run performance the contest before.
Isaiah Pope looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Bradley Mallette, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Honick, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.
Windsor's victory bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Rocky Mountain, their win bumped their record up to 11-4.
Both the two teams just can't seem to miss. Windsor has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 8.9 hits per game. However, it's not like Rocky Mountain struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 4.8 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
