It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but True North Classical Academy had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Florida Christian Patriots as they made off with a 55-31 victory. The Titans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 21 points or more this season.

True North Classical Academy was led to victory by Ellie Perez and Angie Fiad. Perez posted 21 points in addition to eight steals and five rebounds, while Fiad had six points and ten boards. That makes it three consecutive games in which Perez has scored at least a third of True North Classical Academy's points.

Several Patriots players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Leah Perez, who scored 20 points along with six boards and five steals. Perez continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Kianny Gil, who put up seven points in addition to ten rebounds and four steals.

True North Classical Academy's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Florida Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

True North Classical Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 50-31 loss against Westminster Christian on the 6th. Florida Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
