Tanner had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.6 goals) and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Huntsville Panthers as they made off with  a  5-2 win. The result was nothing new for Tanner, who have now won 14 games by three  goals or more  so far this season.
They hit Huntsville with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from  Cade Dorning (2),  Ivan Lagunas,  Randy Cortes,  and  Rey Leon.
Tanner pushed their record up to 18-5-1 with the  victory, which was their fifth straight  on the road. Those  road  wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two  goals over those five  contests. As for Huntsville, their loss  ended  a  four-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 10-12-1.
 Tanner and Huntsville are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. The Rattlers will challenge Sylvania at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Tanner will need to watch out since Sylvania have now posted at least four  goals  in their last four matches. As for Huntsville, they will face off against Bob Jones at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday.
