Merrill had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on the Ashley Bears with a sharp 43-22 victory on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Vandals have posted since December 10, 2024.

Merrill's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10. As for Ashley, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Merrill will venture away from home to square off against Fulton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Fulton will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Merrill surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ashley, they will take on Webberville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
