Ignacio came tearing into Tuesday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 9-8 W against the Nucla Mustangs. This was a revenge game for the Bobcats: when they faced off against the Mustangs two weeks ago, they had to take a 4-3 loss.

Max M was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Cole W was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Ignacio's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 6.8 runs. As for Nucla, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-6.

Ignacio will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Mustangs: the pair will be back at it again later today.
