Nobody could stop Chase Sherwood on Wednesday as he struck out six batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off nine hits. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with more than six strikeouts. On the season, he has an ERA of 2.33 over 21 innings pitched.
