While Hillcrest didn't have the best season last year (they finished 12-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They managed a 55-51 victory over the Fountain Inn Fury on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 67-66 two weeks ago.

Hillcrest's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Fountain Inn, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Hillcrest will be taking part in a tournament against Hendersonville at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Fountain Inn and Calvary Day School will round out the year against one another at 1:15 p.m. on the 29th.
