Jasper's loss was  their fourth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 20-15. Even worse, they were so close so many times: the  defeats came by an average of only two runs. As for Hartselle, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-12-1 record  this season.
As of now, neither Jasper nor Hartselle have any future games scheduled.
