Castle's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Max Mccool, who rushed for 148 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries. Mccool was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 64 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Antonio Harris, who gained 147 total yards and two touchdowns.
Jason Rucker ii was on fire for Evansville North: he rushed for 293 yards and four touchdowns on only 14 carries. Another player making a difference was Sam Mckinney, who rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns.
Castle's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Evansville North, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.
Castle does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Evansville North will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Bloomington South at 7:30 p.m. on November 10th. One thing working in Bloomington South's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last seven contests.
