The Walled Lake Central Vikings had a rough go of it last month when they matched up with the Mott Corsairs and had to endure more of the same on Friday. Walled Lake was dealt a punishing 78-38 loss at the hands of Mott. This makes it the second defeat in a row for the Vikings.
Walled Lake's overall record fell to 6-11. The victory was the 15th in a row for the Corsairs and raised their record to 15-2.
Walled Lake will square off against Walled Lake Northern on Tuesday. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close game. Mott will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against South Lyon East. South Lyon took a loss in their last contest and are no doubt out to reverse Mott's good fortune.
