The Center Vikings can finally bid farewell to their ten-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They walked away with a 56-49 victory over South Park. The win was just what Center needed coming off of a 52-30 loss in their prior game.

As a matter of fact, that's the most points Donaldson has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Anjel Palma, who scored 14 points along with two steals.
Loss or not, South Park got some senior leadership from Jad Fogelsonger and Evan Campbell. Fogelsonger scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and three steals, while Campbell. dropped a double-double on 22 points and 11 rebounds. That was a full 44.9% of South Park's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Center's win ended a ten-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-11. As for South Park, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Monte Vista the next time they take the court. Center will head out to face the Pirates at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Burros will host them at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
