Leadership Academy extended their losing streak to three on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 7-8 in the process. They came up short against the Cornerstone Charter Cardinals, falling 28-18. On the bright side, the 18- run effort marked the Falcons' highest-scoring contest to date.

As for Cornerstone Charter, their record now sits at 7-12. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for they considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

For Cornerstone Charter's part, the team relied heavily on Evelyn Croatt, who fired off two home runs, seven RBI, and three runs while going 5-for-7. Those seven RBI gave Croatt a new career-high. Delaney Hollern was another key player, going 3-for-7 with four runs, five RBI, and three doubles.
