Huntingdon gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener  on Wednesday. They blew past the Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils 15-6.
  Ashton Steele made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  tossed 3.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (he also didn't allow any  walks). Steele was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 4-for-5.
 In other batting news,  Eric Mykut was a standout: he scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances.  Jack Foster was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while going 3-for-4.
 On Bellwood-Antis' side,  Vincent Cacciotti was cooking despite his team's loss,   scoring a  run while going 3-for-4.
 Bellwood-Antis are  on  a  six-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Huntingdon will  square off against Penns Valley Area at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday. As for Bellwood-Antis, they will head out on the road to  take on  Philipsburg-Osceola at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday.
