Drew Contreras Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Thursday, Green Mountain got the W thanks in part to Drew Contreras playing the best football he has all season. Contreras rushed for 116 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 94-yard run.
Evergreen's probably not too fond of Contreras given he always seems to get the better of them. When Contreras last faced the Cougars back in October of 2023, he rushed for 53 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries.
