After two weeks on the road, Oklahoma Bible is heading back home. On Friday they will take on Texhoma at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close contest.
Oklahoma Bible found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 11-39 punch to the gut against Hooker last Thursday. Oklahoma Bible were down by 5-39 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, Texhoma brought a two-game winning streak into their match against Okeene last Thursday; they left with a three-game streak. Texhoma secured a 20-14 W over Okeene.
Texhoma's victory lifted them to 5-3 while Oklahoma Bible's defeat dropped them down to 5-2. We'll see if Texhoma can repeat their recent success or if Oklahoma Bible bounce back and reverse their fortune.
