With a playoff win on the line, Florence rose to the challenge on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Gautier Gators as they made off with a 6-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 11 contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Gautier with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jordyn Quick (2), Kadie Carroll (2), and Kamryn Frazier (2).

Florence is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for Gautier, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-10.

Florence will take on Vancleave on Saturday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Florence sitting on three straight victories and Vancleave on five. Gautier does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
